Bryle Castro began their work experience in 2016 as a Software Engineering Intern at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. During this time, they developed a program to automate the display of videos and images across multiple monitors. Bryle utilized Python and collaborated with others on GitHub.
In 2017, Bryle joined EnVision as a Software Engineering Intern. In this role, they worked with a team to design and develop an online exhibit for the Birch Aquarium. Bryle was responsible for various aspects of the web application, including integration with the database and debugging. Tools used included RFID technology, Embedded Microcontrollers, HTML5, JavaScript, and more.
Starting in 2019, Bryle joined Kitu Systems, Inc. as a Test Engineer. In this position, they designed and developed automated test systems for Convoy and Crosslink. Bryle also created a Modbus simulator based on the SunSpec Modbus specification. Bryle performed functional tests on Kitu Products, including Citadel, Spark, and Convoy.
Later in 2019, Bryle transitioned to the role of Software Developer In Test at Kitu Systems, Inc. Bryle implemented automated test scripts for Kitu's 2030.5 server, Citadel, and designed test cases for Kitu's 2030.
Throughout their work experience, Bryle has demonstrated their expertise in software development, testing, and collaboration.
Bryle Castro completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego, from the years 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Sweetwater High School from 2010 to 2013, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study.
