Fleur's extensive experience spans various roles across multiple companies, including Team Leader Engineering Design and Construction Liaison Officer at Kingston City Council, founding Fleur Elise Designs, and serving as NT State Manager for MelanO. With a background in recruitment consultancy and creative workshops, Fleur has also made significant contributions to Kiva as a supporter of women's empowerment globally. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with Honours from La Trobe University and certifications in professional styling and marketing.
