Dennis Baugh graduated from the Leadership Greater Augusta program in May 2014. They served as the Executive Director of Valley Children's Advocacy Center from 2012 to 2015, focusing on community response to child abuse and neglect. Baugh held various leadership roles within Capital District Kiwanis, including Governor and Past Governor, and currently serves as a Trustee on the Board of Kiwanis International, a position they began in October 2023. Additionally, Dennis was the President of the Board of Directors for New Directions Center, Inc. from 2016 to 2017 and worked as a Clinical Director at the YWCA of Fort Dodge from 2011 to 2012. They earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University.
