Mark Loffredo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in home inspections and pest control management. Since January 1979, Mark has served as President of Richmond Home Inspection, providing thorough evaluations of residential properties to identify safety and resale value issues. Concurrently, Mark has held the position of President at Post Exterminating Co Inc since January 1971. Additional community involvement includes membership in The Bucks Business Network and the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce, along with serving as a board member for Kiwanis International and the YMCA of Greater New York. Previously, Mark contributed to education as an Adjunct Professor at CUNY New York City College of Technology, where environmental sciences were taught to pest control professionals. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Building Science and Construction Management from SUNY Empire State College and has also studied at the Institute of Design and Construction.
