Matt Jones

Matt Jones, SPS, SLS, has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Managing Broker of the Streamline Realty Team at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage since September 2013. Additionally, Matt holds roles as a Real Estate Broker and Assistant Property Manager, focusing on rental market analysis and property marketing. Community involvement includes serving as the Topsail Island/Surf City Satellite Club Committee Chair for Coastal Pender Rotary since July 2016, organizing events for local and global outreach, and as Pender County Social Media Coordinator for Kiwanis International since June 2016, enhancing online visibility for the organization. As the Founder of Coastal Carolina Recycling, Matt promotes environmental awareness through beach sweeps and waste management initiatives. Previous experience includes positions in sales and account management at Lafayette Business Machines and Century 21 Action. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and completed formal education in Real Estate.
