Timothy Wolfinger, who holds AIC, AIS, AINS, LPCS, CCLS, and DTM designations, is an insurance professional with 10 years of experience handling claims, special investigations and litigation in multiple jurisdictions, and more than 15 years in the non-profit sector serving on Kiwanis International's board of directors.
