Tom Brukner is an experienced engineering manager with a diverse background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Kiwi.com since February 2020, Tom previously held roles such as Senior Backend Engineer. At Phonexia, Tom led a team of Java developers, implementing a modified Scrum methodology. Prior experience includes team leadership positions at NetSuite, where Tom focused on software development excellence and customer data analysis, as well as roles as a Senior Software Engineer and teaching assistant at Masaryk University.
