Tivoni Devor

Tivoni Devor, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Tivoni currently holds the position of Director of Client Development at Kiwi Partners, a role that they have held since April 2023.

Prior to their current role, Tivoni served as the Senior Partnership Manager at The Urban Affairs Coalition, where they played a pivotal role in helping non-profit organizations streamline their operations through efficient and affordable back-office services. Tivoni also worked as the Manager of Partnerships and Outreach at the same organization, where they focused on business development and finding new partnerships for non-profits.

Tivoni has also contributed to the field through their work as a Contributor/Columnist for Generocity and Nonprofit Pro Magazine, where they provided insights and expertise on various topics related to non-profit organizations and business.

In 2019, Tivoni returned to the Urban Affairs Coalition, this time as the Director of Growth and Engagement. In this role, they successfully led growth initiatives and engaged with stakeholders to drive the organization's mission.

Before their involvement in the non-profit sector, Tivoni served as the Director of Partnerships at The Next American City, where they played a significant role in generating revenue through sales, sponsorships, and subscriptions. Tivoni was also responsible for managing the organization's social media strategy, resulting in a significant increase in social media influence.

Tivoni's earlier experience includes serving as the Supervisor of Pre-Production and Custom Braille at Associated Services for the Blind, and working as a freelance video producer at Devor Digital. Tivoni has worked on various video projects for events and companies, including the Vans Warped Tour and Vitamin Water. Additionally, Tivoni co-founded the Backseat Film Festival.

Tivoni began their career as the Video Arts Program Manager at Storytellers Inc., a role where they utilized their skills and expertise in managing and producing video projects.

Tivoni Devor, MBA, received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Film/Video from the Academy of Art University, which they completed from 1996 to 2000. They later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, completing it in 2010. Prior to obtaining their MBA, Tivoni was an MBA candidate at Drexel University from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Tivoni also obtained a certification in Braille Transcription from the National Federation of the Blind in May 2006.
