Tim Marsh

Tim Marsh is currently the Commercial Asset Manager at Kiwi Property, overseeing the management and performance of significant office assets, including iconic structures like the Vero Centre. Prior to this role, Tim gained extensive experience in property management and facilities across various organizations, such as Bledisloe Property Group and RCG Limited, where they successfully increased property management profits and implemented efficiency improvements. Tim has also held positions in electrical services, contributing to significant projects at Caldwell Levesque. Educated with a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business from the University of Auckland, Tim continues to influence the property sector through strategic management and innovative practices.
