Greg Kramer has extensive work experience in customer service and managerial roles. Greg began their career in 1995 as a Customer Service Manager at Neiman Marcus in San Francisco. Greg then moved on to Gap Inc. in 2000, where they served as a Project & Customer Service Manager, overseeing customer service teams for Gap, Banana Republic, and Old Navy. In 2007, they joined Verizon Wireless as a Customer Service Manager, leading a team focused on providing exceptional customer service and technical support. From 2013 to 2019, Greg worked at transcosmos America, Inc. as a Senior Manager, Call Center Operations, where they handled client and operational needs in the US and Asia. Currently, they are working at KiwiCo, Inc. as a Senior Manager Customer Care, utilizing their skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
Greg Kramer earned a BA in History from The Ohio State University from 2007 to 2009. Greg then pursued an MBA in Business Administration from Franklin University from 2009 to 2011.
