Alex Weller

Alex Weller has over 15 years of work experience in the tech industry. In 2004, they co-founded and served as CTO of Sentient Internet, where they were responsible for building server hardware and writing server management software and customer interfaces. In 2008, they joined Casual Collective Inc. as a Software Engineer, responsible for building casualcollective.com and the company's Facebook games. In 2011, they joined KIXEYE as a Software Development Manager, where they worked on a ReST API using node.js and MongoDB on AWS. Alex then moved on to become the Director of Production Engineering and Technology, overseeing a team of 10 engineers responsible for creating highly scalable, performant and multi tenant services. In 2019, they joined Global Worldwide as a Principal Engineer.
