David Rafalovsky is an American entrepreneur and IT executive with over 25 years of experience as a professional CTO and CIO. They served as Vice President at General Instrument from 1995 to 1997, and later held the position of Managing Director and CTO of Citi Global Functions - Compliance, Risk, and Finance from 1998 to 2017. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Group CTO and Global Head of O&T at Sber. Currently, David is a Board Member at Kizen and the Chief Executive Officer at Oxygen. David earned a Master's degree in Advanced Software Engineering from Tel Aviv University in 1992.
