The business was founded by Kam Bansil who has spent the last 15 years helping small and midcap companies (market cap below £1bn) through his deep understanding of equity capital markets. He has led or co-led well over $1bn of equity fundraisings. The Group offers three key services IR advisory (including introductions to investors), perception studies and IPO management.
