Lars Hammer

Lars Hammer has extensive experience in production and project management, beginning as a Production Technician at Terma A/S from 1984 to 1996, where they specialized in work instructions and employee training. They later held positions at multiple companies, including BB Electronics A/S and Siemens Wind Power, where they gained expertise in production processes, customer relationship management, and lean production implementation. Currently, Lars serves as Projektleder at Sealing System A/S, following roles as Manager Electronics and Senior Lead - Technical Project Manager at KK Wind Solutions from 2020 to 2023. Lars's educational background includes a PRINCE2 Foundation degree from VIA Horsens.
