Ajay Kavan

Ajay Kavan is a seasoned executive and non-executive director with extensive experience in the digital and retail sectors. Currently, Ajay serves as a Non-Executive Board Member at Rohlik Group and Dunelm, and holds advisory roles at KKR and Piper. With a notable nine-year tenure at Amazon in various VP roles, Ajay led international projects and launched initiatives like Amazon Fresh across Europe and Asia. Ajay is also the Vice Chair of In Kind Direct, a charity associated with Prince Charles, and has a strong background in CEO mentoring and early-stage investing. Ajay earned an MBA from Manchester Business School and completed the General Manager Program at Harvard Business School.
