Ben Searson

Ben Searson has extensive experience in finance roles, currently serving as Principal at KKR since March 2016, where responsibilities include team management in Fund Operations, FP&A, Employment Tax & Payroll, and statutory reporting. Previous positions at KKR include Vice President Finance and Senior Finance Manager, focusing on statutory and regulatory reporting, EMEA FP&A, Treasury, and project management. Prior to KKR, Ben Searson worked at ConocoPhillips from August 2012 to March 2016 in FP&A and Corporate Reporting roles, including an Economist position. Ben Searson holds an M.B.A. from Heriot-Watt University and has advanced qualifications from CIMA and degrees from institutions including The London School of Economics and Political Science, Henley Business School, Nanjing University, and the University of Portsmouth.
