Chuck Scholpp

Chuck Scholpp is an experienced industry advisor and leader specializing in process improvements and commercial excellence across various sectors. Currently serving as an Industry Advisor at KKR, Chuck focuses on enhancing the performance of portfolio companies in private equity. Previously, as Vice President at GeoStabilization International®, Chuck managed 400 associates while implementing organization-wide process initiatives aimed at growth and lean transformation. At Leica Biosystems, Chuck was the Global Director of Commercial Excellence, utilizing the Danaher Business System to achieve best practices in sales, marketing, and service functions. Chuck's extensive career includes a long tenure at Hach Company, where multiple leadership roles emphasized commercial growth and regulatory affairs. Chuck is academically qualified with an MBA and a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University, along with a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
