Kshitiz U. is currently an Investment Professional at KKR, focusing on Asia Buyout since October 2025. Previously, Kshitiz held the same title at Multiples Alternate Asset Management from April 2024 to September 2025, leading a $50 million growth investment in Geniemode and managing a portfolio that included Shubham Housing and Veritas Finance. Kshitiz began a career in finance with a summer internship at Multiples in 2023, which led to a pre-placement offer for a full-time role. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Professional at SeaLink Capital Partners, where Kshitiz evaluated firms for majority stakes, and as an Analyst at Boston Consulting Group, conducting commercial and vendor due diligence for private equity clients. Kshitiz also served as Global Consulting Director for 180 Degrees Consulting and interned at Noida Metro Rail Corporation and EY. Kshitiz holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a BA (Honours) in Economics from Hansraj College.
