Kyle Matter

Kyle Matter is the Managing Director at KKR and the Head of North America for KKR Global Impact, roles they have held since 2010. Previously, Kyle led KKR Capstone’s value creation efforts for the energy investing platform and worked with numerous portfolio companies, including Resource Environmental Solutions and Venado Oil & Gas. Before joining KKR, Kyle was an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, working across a variety of industries. They hold a B.S. and M.S. from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Kyle has also served on various boards, including those of Operation HOPE and Graduation Alliance.
