Meredith Johnston

Meredith Johnston has extensive experience in leveraged credit, currently serving as a Leveraged Credit Principal at KKR since January 2019, where prior roles included Leveraged Credit Associate and Leveraged Credit Analyst. Before KKR, Meredith worked as a Corporate Credit Analyst at Guggenheim Partners from June 2016 to May 2018, and initially as a Corporate Credit Summer Intern at the same firm in the summer of 2015. Meredith also gained experience as a Nonprofit Summer Intern at LIFT, Inc. in 2014. Academically, Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Spanish, with a minor in Gender and Women's Studies from Bowdoin College, attended from 2012 to 2016, and participated in a study abroad program at Universidad de Salamanca in 2015.
