Michael Hackett

Michael Hackett, FCG, is an experienced leader in Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance, currently serving as Principal at KKR. They previously held key positions at Waystone, Apex Fund Services, and William Fry, where they excelled in client delivery, corporate governance matters, and team leadership. Michael is a fellow of the ICSA - the Governance Institute, and a Chartered Company Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional. They hold multiple degrees in business and corporate governance, including an MSC from Ulster University.
