Mitchell Lee

Mitchell Lee is the Managing Director and Head of North America Insurance Client Solutions at KKR, a position they have held since 2024. They joined KKR in 2016, where they contributed to business development and solutions for insurance company clients. Prior to KKR, Mitchell spent six years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management as a senior relationship manager and was involved in institutional fundraising and investor relations. Their earlier experience includes working at American Capital in investment strategies and practicing law focused on private equity and corporate securities. Mitchell holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a JD from Cornell Law School, and a BA from Cornell University.
