Natasha Lofty is currently the VP of Benefits & Wellbeing at KKR, overseeing the development of strategies that enhance employee wellbeing. Previously, they held the role of Global Benefits Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev from 2018 to 2022, managing benefits initiatives across multiple regions. Natasha also served as Global Integration Compensation Lead, where they facilitated the integration of compensation structures from SABMiller to Anheuser-Busch InBev. Their earlier experience includes roles at SABMiller, where they advised on group compensation and benefits and coordinated talent acquisition. Natasha holds a BA (Hons) in Social Science, Law and Human Rights from Kingston University.
