Patrick Cowell has held senior operational positions in hospitality, retail, and aviation throughout their career. They served as Divisional VP at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 1971 to 1994, and later held leadership roles including President and CEO of Airport Group International and President of Sun International/Kerzner International. Since 2010, they have been a Senior Advisor at KKR, specializing in real estate, alongside their advisory role to the CEO of Workday. Cowell also has experience as an Independent Consultant for IMG and has provided advisory services to Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs. They are currently pursuing an MBA from California Coast University.
