Rob Shickel is a strategic executive with over 20 years of experience in managing enterprise risk, global security, and operational resilience within the insurance, finance, and private equity sectors. Currently, Rob serves as the Global Head of Operational Resilience at KKR and has previously held leadership positions at Global Atlantic Financial Group, Devonshire Investors, Iron Mountain, and Fidelity Investments. Rob has a proven track record in risk governance, crisis management, and developing security programs tailored to complex environments. Rob earned a BS in Business Management and Economics from Keene State College and attended Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
