Sean Collins

Sean Collins is an insurance and reinsurance leader currently serving as AVP - Reinsurance Services at KKR. Previously, Sean held various roles at The Norfolk & Dedham Group, including Casualty Claims Supervisor and Claims Service Representative, where they established the Field Services Unit and managed complex claims. After that, Sean worked as a Reinsurance Specialist and Reinsurance Manager at The Hartford, focusing on ceded reinsurance recoverables and driving process efficiency. Sean is also a Council Member of the AIRROC NextGen Council and is pursuing a BS in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, as well as a Master of Science in Insurance Management from Boston University.
