Will Lin

Will Lin, CFA, is an experienced investment professional with a strong background in real estate equity and distressed investments. Currently at KKR since September 2022, Will focuses on real estate equity investments. Prior to this, Will worked at Ares Management Corporation from September 2017 to August 2022, specializing in distressed, special situations, and private credit investments. Will's career began with a summer analyst position at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in July 2016. Academically, Will holds a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honors in Quantitative Finance and a minor in Actuarial Mathematics from HKUST Business School, complemented by a finance-focused exchange program at The Wharton School. Will's foundational education was completed at Beijing No.4 High School, where a strong emphasis on science subjects was maintained.
