K&L Daily Law, PLLC is a litigation boutique in Houston, Texas specializing in criminal defense and breach of contract cases.  Owned and managed by attorneys and sisters Kim Daily and Kristina Daily Persaud, K&L Daily brings 18 combined years of high-stakes legal experience to defend their clients. 

Kim graduated from The University of Texas School of Law where she was a nationally awarded mock trial competitor, a member of the Order of the Barristers (top 10 oral advocate), and just one of five interns selected to work for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Texas.

She began her legal career as an insurance defense attorney, successfully trying multi-million dollar premises liability, breach of contract, and construction defect cases on behalf of restaurants, oil and gas companies, and individuals. By the time she joined Eversheds Sutherland, an elite global law firm, Kim had won four jury trials, one bench trial, and successfully handled more than 100 cases throughout Texas state and federal courts. Kim is known for her powerful speaking, thorough legal knowledge, and precise writing. 

Kristina Daily Persaud received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in 2011.  She was a member of the Moot Court team, Health Law and Policy Journal, and received the American Jurisprudence Award (Highest Grade) in Legal Research and Writing. 

Kristina joins K&L Daily Law after 10 years at the Harris County District Attorney's Office, most recently as Chief of the Special Victims Bureau. She has handled thousands of criminal cases throughout Harris County and served as a lead prosecutor in various divisions of the DA's office such as: the Human Trafficking Division, Asset Forfeiture Division, Felony Trial Bureau Division, Sex Crimes Division, and Crimes against the Elderly Division. Kristina is known for her impeccable trial ability, her persuasive ability to argue the law, and powerful presence and courtroom savvy.
