Aaron Steger

Aaron Steger is currently the Director of Infrastructure Services at KL Engineering, Inc., where they manage a wide range of engineering services and oversee business development activities. With over twenty years of industry experience, Aaron previously held the role of Vice President of Engineering Services, demonstrating a unique ability to balance listening and leading in complex transportation engineering issues. Aaron is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota, and has contributed to various transportation improvement projects throughout their career. Additionally, Aaron has served as a Varsity Assistant Football Coach with the Verona Area School District from 2002 to 2021 and is actively involved with the Transportation Leadership Committee at ACEC Wisconsin. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
