Josh Mercier, P.E., is a Project Leader I at KL Engineering, Inc. since October 2016, focusing on Parks, Trails, and Recreation projects funded by Federal Grants. Previously, Josh served as Senior Engineer III and II, leading design efforts on various roadway and trail improvements. Prior experience includes a Traffic Engineer position with the City of Madison, a Staff Engineer role at K. Singh & Associates, and previous internships with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the City of Green Bay. Josh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and also attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
