Devyani Sen

Devyani Sen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Devyani began their career in 2012 at Digishare (then Techmarq), where they worked as the Business Development Manager for the Middle East and Africa region. At Digishare, they were responsible for building the company's presence in the UAE and managing major clients such as Bosch-Siemens.

In 2013, Devyani joined Fifth Chrome as a Partner. Fifth Chrome is an organizational science firm that focuses on helping companies achieve business transformations. During their time at Fifth Chrome, they worked on projects related to M&A Integration, Shared Services, and Digital Strategies in regions including Western Europe, the US, Africa, India, and Singapore.

In 2019, Devyani co-founded RoundtableInsights, an organization that hosts virtual events and conferences to facilitate discussions on future impacting topics and inspire organizational transformation. Devyani played a key role in organizing these events, focusing on keeping them interactive and content-driven.

In 2020, Devyani joined KL Software Technologies Inc as the Associate Director - Product Management. KLST specializes in building mobile-first digital workplaces and offers software+services focused on Enterprise Collaboration & Content, Hybrid Mobility, Cloud, and Artificial Intelligence & Augmented Reality. In their role, Devyani had multiple responsibilities as a Product Manager.

Simultaneously, in 2020, Devyani also worked at Phenix Capital as an Interim Event Producer. Phenix Capital is a leading European investment consultant with a focus on impact investments. At Phenix Capital, Devyani led the events team and assisted institutional investors and asset owners in implementing impact investment solutions aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Devyani Sen received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University, where they attended from 1989 to 1992. Additionally, they obtained the certification for "Innovation in the Age of Disruption" from INSEAD Executive Education in May 2021 and became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance in April 2023.
