Da Li

Da Li is a Senior System Engineer at KLA, where they are currently engaged in developing advanced ebeam metrology tools, eM200 and eM300. Previously, they served as a System Engineer at KLA, leading key feature enhancements for the eM1 tool that improved precision and tool-induced shift, and they published two US patents during this time. Da's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where they also earned a Master's degree, along with a Bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University. Additionally, Da has experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and has held positions at Seagate Technology and the University of Michigan as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning at Georgia Institute of Technology.
