Ella K. is a global project leader with extensive experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, and recruitment. They have worked at KLA since 2021, developing tailored branding strategies for a diverse workforce across 19 locations worldwide. Previously, Ella held roles as a talent acquisition partner and head hunter, contributing significantly to organizational growth through strategic recruitment initiatives. Their career began in the Israel Defense Forces, where they commanded the Supervisory Control Center and trained future soldiers. Ella holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration.
