Eric Jiang is a seasoned professional in the field of laser technology and engineering, currently serving as the CTO and R&D manager at KLA-Tencor in Singapore since February 2008. With expertise in DUV laser metrology and troubleshooting, Eric has also served as a manufacturing engineer, focusing on manufacturing support, installation, field support, and continuous process improvement. Prior to KLA-Tencor, Eric worked as a Laser R&D Engineer at Coherent Singapore Pte Ltd, specializing in green lasers for industrial applications. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University, where research focused on ultrafast lasers for 3D data storage. Eric holds a PhD in Ultrafast Laser Application from the University of Science and Technology of China, obtained from 2002 to 2004.
