Eric Rutledge

Eric Rutledge has extensive experience in strategic planning, business transformation, and global service operations, particularly at KLA-Tencor since 1999. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of EPC Services, Eric manages a service organization with over 1,100 engineers and focuses on initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction while driving growth and reducing costs. Previous roles at KLA-Tencor include Director of Field Operations and various leadership positions in service marketing and global operations, where Eric achieved significant revenue growth and improved operational efficiencies. In addition to corporate experience, Eric served 22 years in the US Navy, culminating as a Senior Chief Petty Officer, and held crucial training and operational roles in nuclear power. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from The New School.
