Grace Han

Grace Han serves as the Chief Audit Executive at KLA since September 2006, having previously held positions including Senior Director of Finance and Assistant Corporate Controller. Notably, as Controller for Global Support Services from November 2015 to May 2019, Grace led all financial planning and analysis activities for a $1B+ global service business, overseeing complex business models and driving P&L forecasts. Prior to KLA, Grace worked at Quantum Corporation as Accounting Controller, NetLogic Microsystems as Accounting Manager, and Alphablox Corporation as Accounting/Financial Planning Manager. Grace began their career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate in Audit. Grace holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Oregon.
