John Luo

John (Qiaoen) Luo, PhD, is an Engineering Manager in Algorithm at KLA, where they lead a team focused on inspection solutions for EUV reticles. Previously, John worked as a Senior Algorithm Engineer and Algorithm Engineer at KLA, and served as a PhD Research Assistant at Purdue University, where their research in optical imaging and sensing contributed to several NSF proposals. John began their academic journey with a Bachelor of Science from University College London and has also held research positions at Imperial College and the London Centre for Nanotechnology.
