Mark Chien

Mark Chien is a Senior Application Engineer at KLA, focusing on advanced node inspection techniques, including Ebeam DB and DUV DB inspections. With over seven years of experience in the semiconductor industry, they previously served as a Principal R&D Engineer at TSMC, where they contributed to EUV technology development and materials analysis. Additionally, Mark worked as a Research Assistant at National Taiwan University, establishing physical models for photoluminescence and designing tools for materials characterization. Mark is currently pursuing both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering at National Taiwan University, as well as a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Cambridge.
