Michael Eiser

Michael Eiser is the Head of Construction and Facility Management in Germany at KLA, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Eiser served in various significant roles including Leiter Vertrieb at DB Services GmbH from 2016 to 2024 and Key Account Manager at KONE from 2012 to 2022. Eiser's extensive experience in facility management and construction includes leadership roles in both private and public sectors, managing complex projects and teams across multiple organizations since the late 1990s. Eiser earned a Diplom Ingenieur in Civil Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt and furthered their education with a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management from FOM.
