Prior roles include Director of Product Support, where Mohammad led a team of approximately 40 engineers, and various program management positions focused on wafer inspection products. Before joining KLA-Tencor, Mohammad worked at Oak Ridge National Laboratory as a Research Associate in Accelerator-Based Atomic Physics, conducting experiments in ion-atom collisions. Educational credentials include a PhD in Physics from Kansas State University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and advanced degrees in Solid State Physics and Physics and Mathematics from Yarmouk University.
