Wayne Lo

Wayne Lo is a goal-oriented technology manager and entrepreneur with a robust background in engineering and technology development. They founded Infomato, Inc. in 2005, where they have successfully aligned product development with market needs while securing patents and managing business growth. Previously, Wayne served in various leadership roles at notable companies such as Applied Materials and KLA, focusing on advanced electron optics and wafer inspection technologies. Currently, Wayne is a Principal Scientist at KLA, specializing in miniature electron array microscopes. They hold a Ph.D. in Experimental Surface Physics from the University of California, Riverside, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from Tamkang University.
