Marcelo Marcón

Marcelo Marcón has worked in various roles in the software engineering field since 2005. In 2016, they worked as a Software Engineer at Soflex S.A., leading the complete renovation of the Web platform from scratch. In 2020, they became a Technical Leader at N5 Now, developing a complex marketing campaign system to distribute millions of messages and check their impact on people's behavior. In 2021, they took on two roles at WeCover, Chief Technical Officer and Technical Leader, assessing and redesigning web and mobile applications and creating and maintaining infrastructure using Terraform on AWS. Currently, they are a Senior Backend Engineer at Klar. Additionally, they have worked as a freelancer for 4 projects between 2013 and 2016.

Marcelo Marcón graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2012 with a Licenciado en Análisis de Sistemas degree. In 2017, they completed a postgraduate degree in Negociación from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. Marcelo has also obtained four certifications: Node.js avanzado from LinkedIn in 2022, Go esencial and Mejora tu competencia en conflictos from LinkedIn in 2019, and ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in 2018.
