Carson Grimes

Carson Grimes has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. From 2006 to 2007, Carson worked as an Office Assistant at McNair Law Firm. Carson then joined Benefitfocus in 2008 and held various positions, including Data Analyst, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Project Manager and Consultant, and Senior Manager. In these roles, Carson managed data exchange, provided client support, led implementations, and oversaw project management. In 2019, Carson joined AVOXI as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for product strategy and development. Currently, Carson is working at Klara as a Product Manager, where they continue to drive product innovation.

Carson Grimes has a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the College of Charleston. Additionally, they have another Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the same institution. Carson Grimes has also obtained certifications such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in September 2019, and Group Benefits Associate (GBA) U.S. from IFEBP in May 2010.
