Ciro D. has extensive experience in the field of IT support and management. Ciro began their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Specialist at Vodafone IT, where they handled incoming phone calls and provided information to customers. Ciro then transitioned to IT Help Desk Support Specialist at MSC Crociere, where they provided direct support to users and troubleshooted server and operating system issues.

In 2014, Ciro joined YourSL GmbH as a Support Engineer, before moving on to Wayfair in 2015 as a Helpdesk Analyst. At Wayfair, they provided comprehensive support to employees for technology-related issues, overseeing critical system monitoring and coordinating with infrastructure engineering teams.

Ciro's next role was at Signavio, where they served as an IT Team Leader responsible for leading the support team and monitoring their achievements. Ciro then joined Webtrekk as a Senior System Administrator and later worked at Taxfix as a Senior System Engineer.

Ciro'sstudies included electronics, systems and automation, applied mathematics, and English. In 2001, they earned an English Diploma - Third Level Intermediate - European threshold of knowledge from the British Institutes. Ciro also holds a vocational certificate as a Data Processing Programmer from Jacson School, which they acquired from 2000 to 2001.

Ciro D. pursued further language studies, receiving a Deutsch Zertifikat A2 from the Goethe Institut and an IELTS Certificate from the British Council in 2013.
