Traci Guinn has extensive experience in customer success, sales, and marketing. Traci began their career in 2002 as the Marketing Director at Whitney Education Group, where they developed and managed marketing efforts for core brand and several others. In 2008, they became the Director of Marketing at My Choice Medical, where they developed products and offers to drive consumer action and increase revenue growth. In 2010, they joined Motorola Solutions as an Enterprise Territory Account Manager, and in 2014, the Enterprise segment of Motorola Solutions was acquired by Zebra Technologies, where they held the roles of Customer Loyalty Business and Market Intelligence Analyst and Customer Advocacy and Quality Field Manager. In 2018, they joined DiversiTech Corporation as Sales Associates Manager & National Accounts Manager. In 2020, they joined Stratix Corporation as a Customer Success Manager and in 2021, they joined The Pipeline Group and Klara as a Customer Success Manager. In all of these roles, they have managed a portfolio of accounts to foster long-term business relationships, driven cross-functional teams, evaluated customer health and inventory levels, and provided direction for sales support teams.

Traci Guinn received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University in 1996, with a field of study in Business Administration.
