Klareo is a performance marketing agency founded by three senior marketers who have years of experience.

We help DACH startups and scale-ups transform paid ads into profitable growth engines through clean tracking, value-based optimization, and live reporting. There are no black boxes.

After working in agencies, consulting roles, and in-house positions, we noticed a pattern: ads were driving activity but not clarity. Budgets were spent, and dashboards looked busy; yet, teams still couldn’t confidently answer what was working, why it was working, and how to proceed.

That’s why we built Klareo around a different approach.

We work hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other ad channels, as well as supporting stacks such as GA4, GTM, MMPs, and CRMs. We don't just manage campaigns, we build repeatable growth systems that your team can trust, understand, and scale over time.

We're a remote-first team based in Berlin and Barcelona.

Small team. Senior execution. Clear decisions.
