Klasik Construction is a Chicago-based commercial general contracting firm specializing in high-end tenant improvement projects within existing buildings and spaces. Founded by Justin Fara, the company is built on a performance first philosophy, which posits that a project's success is defined by disciplined execution and the preservation of design integrity. By operating as a "concierge in Carhartt," the firm bridges the gap between sophisticated project management and meticulous on-site craftsmanship, serving as a dependable partner for architects, designers, business owners, and property developers.

The company’s portfolio is diverse, encompassing specialized builds across the hospitality, medical, and retail sectors. This includes the construction of restaurants, bars, food halls, and boutique fashion outlets as well as more technical environments such as dental and chiropractic offices, and jewelry stores. Klasik also provides expertise in mixed-use developments and high-end residential renovations, ensuring a consistent level of quality across varying scales of complexity.

At the core of the organization is a commitment to proactive planning and communication. By treating communication as a "DNA" trait rather than a personality trait, Klasik ensures that information flows freely between all stakeholders, from site supervisors to customers. This structured approach minimizes the reactive environments common in the construction industry, allowing the team to deliver professional, honest, and predictable results that align with the high standards of Chicago’s premier business owners and developers.
