Luam Mesfun

Luam Mesfun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and partner management. Currently serving as a Partner Manager for DACH at Klaviyo since February 2023, Luam has previously held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Ometria from August 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, Luam worked at DigitalGenius, where roles included EMEA Lead and Customer Success Manager from December 2017 to July 2019. Luam's career began at AlphaSights, where responsibilities ranged from Client Service Associate to Manager of Consulting Accounts over a four-year period. Additionally, Luam gained early experience as a Trainee at Philip Morris International. Luam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the Cooperative State University of Stuttgart and studied at La Trobe University. A career break taken in 2022 included explorations in South America.
