Tim Fury

Tim Fury has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tim started their career as a Training Director and District/Area Manager at Tom Thumb, where they successfully managed a territory of 20 stores. Tim then worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Electro Scientific Industries/MicroVision, leading project teams and overseeing HR programs. Tim later served as an Operations & HR Business Partner at West Side Automotive/Properties LLC, where they developed business plans and managed P&L performance. Tim also worked as an HR/Operations Business Partner and Senior Recruiter at REM Minnesota, Inc., managing strategic objectives and achieving business goals. Tim served as a Team Lead and Talent Recruiting Manager at Randstad, supporting contract and full desk recruitment for various industries. Tim then joined Express Scripts as a Senior Recruiter, managing full-cycle recruitment for nurse, pharmacy, management, and contact center positions. Tim's experience in talent acquisition continued at Brink's, Inc., where they worked as an Executive Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Global Talent Acquisition at KLDiscovery, where they effectively manage a global Talent Acquisition Team across 16 countries. During their tenure, Tim consistently exceeded organizational needs and developed high-quality candidate experiences. Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, business planning, performance management, and strategic leadership.
