Winston's career began at Crown College, where they served as an IT Support Specialist and Production Coordinator. At Kroll Ontrack, they advanced to Process Engineering Shift Lead before joining KLDiscovery, where they have taken on progressively more complex roles, culminating in their current position leading a global team of engineers.
